How can I reserve my seat at Aurosky?

Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Please note that the experience is subject to various external conditions like weather. Aurosky retains complete rights to cancel, postpone, or reschedule sessions. The decision of the site safety officer will be final in this regard.

Are there any restrictions to avail this experience?

Yes, participants must have a minimum height of 130 cm. Guests with heart conditions or other significant medical issues should consult with us prior to booking.

Can disabled people enjoy the Sky Lounge?

This experience can be made accessible for wheelchair users and individuals with mild disabilities. However, it is essential to contact us in advance, before purchasing your ticket, with a detailed explanation of your condition. This allows our safety officer to evaluate your needs and make appropriate suggestions to ensure your safety and comfort.

Can Childrens enjoy the sessions?

Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information. Additionally, height is a major factor in deciding who can take this experience; therefore, it is intended for individuals who are 3.5-4 feet and above. We are currently giving sessions to kids above the height of 3.5-4 feet as they fit in safety belts.

 

What all is covered in the experience?

The experience includes a 5 or 7-course meal, depending on the session, served at a height of hundreds of feet in the air.

How many people can a table accommodate?

Each table can accommodate a maximum of 22 people.

What is the duration of each experience?

Each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the chosen session.

What happens if some guests come late?

Guests are required to arrive at the location at least 30 minutes in advance. Guests who fail to arrive on time will not be allowed to board.

Is the Aurosky experience safe?

Yes, we adhere to all guidelines as specified by IS 15475. The platform is designed according to European standard EN 13814, and all lifting tackles and safety equipment meet their respective international safety standards.

What height does the table attain?

The table can reach a height of up to 180 feet.

Is the seat booking transferable?

No, seat bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable

What happens if the session is cancelled?

If a session is cancelled, our team may book your seats for a different time slot. This decision is at the discretion of our site staff and safety officer.

Can I gift the Sky Lounge experience to someone?

Yes, you can gift the experience. Please visit our booking page for more details.

What happens if it rains at the time of my session?

Rain does not affect the safety of the lounge or its occupants. However, it may cause inconvenience to the dining experience. The safety officer will decide whether to continue the session based on weather conditions.

Can I customize the menu?

No, the menu cannot be customized.

Is the Aurosky experience safe?

Yes, we follow all safety guidelines and use equipment that meets international safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all guests.
